After moving to Boston, he honed his skills further by personally overseeing the gut renovation of his own home—an experience that deepened his understanding of every stage of the process, from blueprints and permits to construction and sale. Over the years, Joe has worked on numerous development projects throughout the Boston area, managing everything from planning and approvals to design, marketing, and sales.
